Artificial intelligence is part of how a lot of modern small businesses operate, and ours is no exception. This policy explains how Pamela Meadows Coaching & Consulting, LLC, operating as "Over This Should" ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), currently uses AI, what stays human, and how we'll keep you informed as that use evolves.
1. Our Approach
AI is a tool in this business. It is not the voice, the judgment, or the relationship. Every framework, every piece of coaching guidance, and every word that carries the Over This Should name is developed and approved by Pamela Meadows. AI may assist in the process. It does not replace the person behind it.
2. How We Currently Use AI
We may use AI tools to support back-office and operational tasks, including:
- Drafting and editing early versions of content (such as emails, social posts, or blog content), which are reviewed, revised, and approved by a human before publication
- Research and idea generation
- Administrative and organizational tasks (such as scheduling support, data organization, or summarizing internal documents)
All AI-assisted content is reviewed by a human team member before it reaches you. We do not publish unreviewed AI output under the Over This Should name.
3. What AI Does Not Do
- AI does not make coaching decisions, give you advice, or stand in for a coaching relationship
- AI does not create our proprietary frameworks (The Should Audit™, Receipts™, Editing Your Yes™, The Build™, and the 4R Framework). These are original methodologies developed by Pamela Meadows based on her training, certification, and professional experience
- AI does not have access to your private coaching disclosures for the purpose of generating content about you without your consent
4. Looking Ahead: Future AI Use
As tools evolve, we may introduce additional AI-powered features on the Site or in our Services, such as chatbots, AI-assisted scheduling, personalization tools, or automated client support features. When we do, we will:
- Update this policy to reflect the new use
- Clearly disclose when you are interacting with an AI tool rather than a human, where that distinction matters
- Apply the same data protection standards described in our Privacy Policy to any information processed by these tools
Checking this page periodically is the best way to stay current on how AI is used across our Site and Services.
5. AI & Your Data
If and when AI tools process your personal information (for example, through a future chatbot or support tool), that processing is governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not use your personal information, coaching disclosures, or program materials to train third-party AI models without your explicit consent.
6. AI in Our Programs
Our coaching programs and workshops (including RESET, Done Being Overlooked, and Find Your Voice) are built around your own reflection and voice. [PLACEHOLDER — Confirm your stance: do you want to actively encourage, allow, or discourage participants from using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude as part of their own coursework or reflection exercises? A starting suggestion below.]
We understand many of you use AI tools in your own personal and professional life. You're welcome to use them as you see fit in your own work. We'd just gently note that the value of programs like RESET comes from your own honest reflection. Use AI to organize your thoughts if that's helpful, but the breakthroughs come from you, not a chatbot.
7. Intellectual Property & AI
Any content we create with AI assistance, once reviewed and published, is owned by Pamela Meadows Coaching & Consulting, LLC, the same as any other content on our Site. Our proprietary frameworks and methodologies remain protected intellectual property regardless of what tools were used in drafting supporting materials.
8. Questions or Concerns
If you have questions about how we use AI, or you're concerned that something you received from us reads as AI-generated and unreviewed, we want to know. Reach out at:
Pamela Meadows Coaching & Consulting, LLC email: [email protected]
9. Changes to This Policy
We'll update this page as our use of AI changes. Updates will be posted here with a new "Last Updated" date.
