These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site, including any content, programs, workshops, digital products, physical products, podcast content, and services offered through it (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Who We Are

We provide coaching, consulting, workshops, group programs, digital and physical products, speaking services, and related content centered on personal and professional development. This includes programs such as RESET, workshops including Done Being Overlooked and Find Your Voice, the Said & Done card deck, guided journals, and the Over This Should podcast.

Nothing on this Site constitutes medical, mental health, legal, financial, or tax advice. Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, psychiatric care, or treatment by a licensed medical or mental health professional. 3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our written permission

- Scrape, data-mine, or use automated tools to extract content from the Site

- Use the Site to transmit harmful code, spam, or unauthorized advertising

- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with us

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, frameworks, course materials, podcast episodes, and downloadable resources, is the property of Pamela Meadows Coaching & Consulting, LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

This includes our original frameworks and methodologies, such as The Should Audit™, Receipts™, Editing Your Yes™, The Build™, and the 4R Framework (Recognize, Reframe, Reclaim, Refill), along with all related materials.

You may not reproduce, repackage, resell, or teach our proprietary frameworks or course content without express written permission. Purchasing a program or product grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own individual benefit. It does not grant you rights to reproduce or commercially exploit our intellectual property.

5. Programs, Workshops & Coaching Services

Participation in any coaching program, workshop, or group offering (including RESET) is subject to the specific terms, schedule, and policies communicated at the time of enrollment, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Coaching outcomes vary by individual. We do not guarantee specific results, income, career outcomes, or personal transformation from participation in any program, workshop, or use of any product. Your results depend on factors including your own effort, circumstances, and consistency.

6. Purchases & Payment

We use third-party payment processors (which may include providers such as Stripe, PayPal, Square, or others) to handle transactions on the Site. We do not store your full payment card information; it is collected and processed directly by our payment processor in accordance with their own terms and privacy practices.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice. You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your purchase at the prices in effect when the charge is incurred.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

- Digital products and self-paced content: All sales are final due to the digital nature of the product. No refunds will be issued once access has been granted or files have been delivered.

- Live programs and workshops (including RESET): No refunds will be issued.

- Physical products (Said & Done cards, journals): Returns accepted within 3 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

- Corporate/B2B engagements: Refund and cancellation terms for custom corporate engagements (such as The Return) are governed by the individual services agreement signed with that client.

8. User-Submitted Content

If you submit testimonials, reviews, comments, or other content to us (including via email, social media, or the Site), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content in our marketing and business operations, unless you tell us otherwise in writing.

9. Artificial Intelligence

We use AI tools to support parts of our business operations, including content drafting and research. All client-facing coaching content and frameworks are developed, reviewed, and approved by Pamela Meadows. 10. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site. Visiting linked sites is at your own risk.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

12. Limitation of Liability
